Radostin Rachev – Managing Director

Radostin graduated in Finance and Philosophy, respectively from University of National and World Economy and Sofia University. He worked 7 years for a leading French management consulting company and has led successfully many projects in Bulgaria as well as in Greece, Russia, Romania, and Macedonia. In 2014 he established 3P Consulting and has been the main engine of every project of the company so far. Radostin is an ex-professional trampoline athlete. He is World and European champion. He and his wife have three children.

Plamen Atanasov – Director of Software Development

Plamen has over 25 years of experience in software development and technology project management. He is the founder of the software company VIVISOFT and has been involved in the development of ERP systems for the optimization and management of manufacturing and business processes. He has worked on international projects, including the modernization of a business process management system for a Swiss telecommunications company, as well as spending two years as part of an Irish team developing a CRM system. Among his notable projects are the MEDIPACK medical system, which was subsequently acquired by Contrax, specialized software for the pharmaceutical company Alcon, and a computer system for visual field testing in patients with glaucoma and diabetes. Plamen combines in-depth technological expertise with a strong understanding of business processes and the practical implementation of software solutions.

Kristiyan Lyubenov – Operations Director

Kristiyan is a software engineer and entrepreneur with experience in software architecture, artificial intelligence, automation, and business process optimization. He has hands-on experience in designing and building software platforms, AI-based systems, business automations, and cloud infrastructure, as well as integrating external systems and services. Kristiyan combines technical experience with knowledge of finance and business management, with a focus on the practical design and implementation of efficient processes and pragmatic technology solutions.
